Start planning after arrival:
It’s possible to arrange your Nepal holiday and trek after arrival in Kathmandu. A per-person charge of US$20, includes airport greeting, taxi or private car transport to hotel, moderate hotel for one night in Kathmandu, and no obligation assistance in planning a trek, guide, travel and sightseeing for the balance of your stay in Nepal.
Custom Treks:
In the Annapurna area lodge treks are $30 a day per person, and include guide, porter, lodge accommodation, all meals and transportation to and from Pokhara to the end of the road. In the Everest area, treks are $35 a day per person. A reduction of 10% for five or more persons. Airfare is extra for flights to Jomsom (for the Annapurna area) and Lukla (for the Everest area). If you choose to arrange a full service camping trek, add $20 a day per person for a tent, and $20 a day per person.
Guides: Experienced guides are arranged for all our organized treks. These same guides are available for independent trekkers for a basic fee of $15 a day. The fee covers the guide’s salary, food, lodging and insurance. Add airfare for guide for Everest Trekking.
Kathmandu Valley Rim Walks: Two days/one night – camping or overnight in comfortable lodge - $85. Includes guide, lodge and/or camping arrangements, food, and transport to and from your hotel in Kathmandu.
Mountain Flight – $111 - One hour flight to Everest area and return to Kathmandu includes pick up from hotel and return to hotel.
Chitawan National Park Package: 3 days $150 tourist bus round trip KTM-Chitawan-KTM) (add $126 for round trip airfare).
Royal Trek (Pokhara Valley): Four nights of camping and two nights in Pokhara in moderatey clean hotel - $250 (includes full service camping on trek, all meals, guide, transport to and from Pokhara, trekking permit, folk dancing in Pokhara).

Ghorapani Circle - $246
Annapurna Base camp – $290
Jomsom-Ghorapani-Pokhara (fly in, walk out) - $285 (includes one way air fare Pokhara- Jomsom and air fare for guide). National Park fees extra in Annapurna area: $25 per person.

Everest Treks:
Panorama trek - $550 (includes round trip air fare KTM-Lukla-KTM) and air fare for guide.
Gokyo Peak Trek – $720(includes round trip air fare KTM-Lukla-KTM and air fare for guide)
Tibet Tour - 8 days - $975 Deluxe Hotel, $900 Standard Hotel, $675 Budget Hotel (Fly in, Drive back to Kathmandu)
Bhutan Tour - 6 day tour with round trip air on Druk Air (KTM-PARO-KTM) $1,500
